MTV & Paris Discrimination

So, as all of you know, I was super psyched about this contest, and I busted my butt trying to get onto it. Only for MTV to pull a fast one and change the rules and refuse to allow anyone under the age of 21 onto the show. Now, I understand why they wouldn't want someone under EIGHTEEN on the show, because legally they can't do much of anything, but someone OVER eighteen can do whatever the heck they want except for drink, and in certain states buy firearms.

Now, I don't know if Paris is agreeing with, or endorsing this straight out discrimination or not, but if she is... Then maybe she isn't worth being friends with. Does alcohol really rule her life (and her show) so much that she won't even allow someone who can't legally drink on her show? What kind of BS is that?

I'm sorry if this makes me a bitch, or a sore loser, or whatever you want to call me, but this was unfair and misleading. First of all, MTV should have had the rules figured out BEFORE they started the contest and BEFORE they got peoples hopes up, and BEFORE they USED people to generate their site traffic. Yes, I think they were USING people to generate their traffic. They knew they weren't going to allow under 21, but they also knew there was such a large demographic for it, that they let them apply anyways, knowing it'd just bring them traffic.

Again, I don't know Paris, but if she is condoning and supporting this rule MTV just made (which disqualified and crushed a lot of hopefuls) then she's no better than they are.
